Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data may be used to answer enquiries and take steps requested before a booking; to confirm, administer and deliver a contract for a session, retreat or product; to process payments and maintain legally required records; to protect the website and legitimate business interests; and, where required, on the basis of your consent\u2014for example for optional marketing, testimonials or particular sensitive information. When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>4. Health and other sensitive information<\/h2>\n<p>Health-related information is a special category of personal data. Please only share what is relevant and what you are comfortable sharing. Where such information is used to provide the service you requested, Innervoois relies on your explicit consent or another lawful ground that applies in the circumstances. It is treated confidentially, access is limited and it is not used for unrelated marketing.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>5. Booking, payment and website providers<\/h2>\n<p>Limited information may be processed by trusted providers that support the website, email, booking calendar, payment and administration. This includes SimplyBook.me when you use the integrated booking service and the payment provider shown at checkout. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and act under their own terms or data-processing obligations as applicable.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>6. International transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Some technology providers may store or access data outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where European data-protection law requires safeguards, Innervoois and its providers rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
